Here is a delicate and lovely painting of a flamingo that I created a few months ago, I just love the whole atmosphere in that painting - The paint splashes the mist and the dreamy atmosphere.
The color scheme as well is in soft pastel hues - so calm and relaxing!

Woman Leaning on a Purple Wall - Watercolor

Hi there!

This time I want to share with you a watercolor painting that I've created recently. I really like this one, especially the lights and shadows on the wall and on the woman. The whole light and shadow game was stored in the back of my mind for a while. I think that some artwork of Edward Hopper influenced me, especially "Nighthawks" the use of light there is magnificent.

Bamboo Abstract - Photography

Hi there,

Last week I went to a photo shoot at a very beautiful place in our town. This place is a some kind of university, with a beautiful botanic garden and a rare rural feel, right in the center of the city. I was strolling there numerous times, and I took several photos during the years. This time I wanted to explore other charming spots that were hidden from the eye. I will post the selected photos after I'll select the best of them. Meanwhile, I am posting today a beautiful and artistic photo from this place. I call it "Bamboo Abstract". I love it! Gorgeous Retro Pattern in Blue Tones

Hi there,

I just finished to design a background for a client who ordered a custom pet portrait on DigitalDogPortraits.com, and  I just fell in love with it! It looks simple but it's quite sophisticated and has a certain calm feeling. I wanted to make a random pattern, I've painted squares without a certain order, and washed it with an urban filter. The result was too good, that it was a crime just to waste it on a single background. So I've created this cushion.

Citrus. Digitally Painted Still Life

Hi there,

The summer makes me feel so lazy, the heat kills my creativity :P
I can't stand it anymore. The other day it was so unbearable, I just stood there and fantasized about fresh cold orange juice, so refreshing...

Then, I had an epiphany! I should paint some oranges, slices, with all the juices. It was like having a boost of vitamin C. I just went to the computer and start painting some oranges on a kitchen board with my Wacom graphic tablet. All i could think about was orange juice, mojito and mimosa :)

I must say - I LOVE that painting. Refreshing, vibrant and different. I'd put it on the living room (or the kitchen) :)

Another Award Winning Design - Retro Flower Pattern

Hi there!

Yesterday, while I was showing my work during a business meeting, I received an email : "Your product won today's best awards" it was the second time in two months! You can imagine my surprise and happiness.

It was another of my vintage style patterns. I love to create them, to feel and to think about the nostalgic atmosphere that I want to evoke.

Immediately I imagined this pattern as home decor, using throw pillows for example. 

and the result was this :
