Gentle Giants - Line Art

Hi there,

Here is a fun little Line Art that I created using Sketchbook pro 7.

I don't know why, but I felt like drawing a Rhinoceros. It was a quick doodle that was inked again to look more like a tattoo. In front of the Rhino I thought that I have to place an opponent. A big, impressive and primitive creature like it. So, a Hippopotamus sounded like a good idea!
The background contains a tribal pattern that fitted quite well. It is a clean, simple and appealing image, I like it.

Take a look :

If you like the line art too... you can purchase it on my Digital Art Shop , enjoy!

I couldn't help it.... every time that I hear about those security fails I have to create something.
In case you haven't heard...your android have a major security failure, it can be hijacked by using MMS msg... and you can do absolutely nothing about that!

Zen Design

Hi there,

Two weeks ago, I bought a new smartphone, my first one. Actually I was looking for a descent old school mobile, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. Anyway, I bought this mid-range phone from Asus - Zenfone, to be honest I really liked the name... Zen. I always wanted to be a Zen, to be more relaxed and calm... sometimes I managed to do that, other times - not. A constant reminder of this virtue will help, so as for now, my mobile will help me remember that :) the mobile and... my new Zen design!

This design was intended to be a private one, I just wanted it for myself, but I was so impressed from the end result, it was simple, minimalist and beautiful... I decided to open it for everyone. Everybody needs a little Zen in their life!

If you like to feel more relaxed, and calm - take a look at my Zen products on my Digital Art shop.

I've created 2 designs - white and black -  check them out!

I wish you a peaceful day :)

The King of the Blues - Farewell

I am a big fan of B.B. King, since I was 10 years old. My father used to listen to his music, and to tell me how great he is. I guess I just grew up and understood just what he meant. I really thought the he would live forever, because he was an icon for over 60 years, and icons never die…
The minute that I heard about his death, I decided to paint a portrait, to pay my tribute and to say thank you for all those great years.
Here is the portrait, it was rather quick, but I still like it very much.

And here is one of my favorite songs, I really like this version (with Eric Clapton).

Zebra Doodle

Hi there!

As you know by now, I like to scribble animals doodles from time to time. This time I wanted to create a black and white image, a simple one yet with an edge.

After finishing the zebra, I thought it would be cool to add an old wrinkly piece of paper as background.

Check it out :

You can purchase this illustration on my Digital Art shop , as an Art Piece or on various products.

You can find it in my Redbubble Art Shop too.

Until the next time, have a wonderful day!

Chromatic Bearded Dragon Painting

Recently I had a request for a Bearded Dragon painting. I checked out this creature, and it is quite impressive (and scary at times). I doodled something really quick, and painted it loosely. The end result turned to be colorful and vibrant.

I really like it. Check it out:

 This painting really stands out!

"Eye of the Dog" - Digital Painting

Here is a quick digital painting that I created yesterday. I wanted to paint a quick little close up of a Pit Bull's eye. The result turned out to be very intense and bold. I love those honey shades :)

Check it out:

Here is the painting as a poster

You can get it at my Online Art Shop on (shirts, pillows, tote bags, cellular cases and more...)

"Old Man" (from Pawn Stars) Portrait

Hi there,

I love to watch Pawn Stars on the History Channel. It is somewhat ridiculous, and over played, but I love to see the items, and to learn a little bit about the history, and the fun facts.

The most impressive character there, is (of course) the "Old Man" - Richard Harrison Senior. He is grumpy, annoyed, cheap, and dressed like a classic movie star. His face is every painter's, and photographer's dream. I wanted to paint his portrait for a long time, and finally I  managed to this last week, using watercolors. I really liked the result, it is loose, has warm colors, and really captures his essence.

Take a look :

If you like it, and want to have this portrait on a Tshirt, Poster or other products , please visit my Online Store.

Have a wonderful day!

Wile Horse

I love to doodle, sometimes I just take the pen and start scribbling without knowing what I'm going to create.
This time I start to draw a normal looking horse, but I thought I should make it more dramatic and appealing. I enhanced to image with Photoshop and created a brand new atmosphere.

I really like it like that!

Take a look

If you like the art your can get it on my Digital Art shop on zazzle, or on Redbubble.

Until the next time, have a wonderful day!

I Need an Easy Friend

Hi there,

Once in a while when I have time, I paint something that is completely different from my usual stuff.
This time I planned to paint portraits of musicians and artists that I admire. So far... I just have Kurt Cobain under my sleeve,  but I'm sure some other talented people will join soon :)

Here is my digital painting of Kurt, it is quite unusual, I wanted to keep it somewhat live, grungy and organic.

If you like this piece, you can get it on my Digital Art shop.

For all of you who love Nirvana, here is one of my favorite songs :

Walking with Camels

On my last post I mentioned a car that was so cheap, and had a weird combination of materials. So weird... some say that camels love to eat the car's body, but I guess it was just an urban legend.

While I was thinking about that urban legend I felt an urge to paint some camels.

It started as a rough sketch, and decided to paint it a little. I left the piece as is, some of it still sketched and most of it painted, I liked like that.

Check out my recent camel art :) I really love the background and the warm sand colors.

Here is the piece framed, it looks very cool, isn't it?

You can get this piece on my Online Digital Art Shop, check it out!

Popular Common Cars of the 70s - Israeli Sussita

Israeli Sussita, was a cheap and ugly car that was the pride of the local car industry in the 60s. It was made from fiberglass (and wood floor at the first models), and was as reliable as flat tire.

However... it was the first Israeli car, and it was kind of a big deal back then. You could find it almost everywhere - it was very cheap, and it was the ideal deal for the working class, for many small businesses/ industry.

The car was just a mishmash of random car parts from ford (England) and other manufacturers, it was an odd box shaped car, its nick name was "The Cube".

You can't see those car anymore on the streets, but once in a while one can stumble upon a "Cube", the encounter will surly bring some nostalgic sentiment, and yearning for simpler, and naive times.

Here is my version of the "Cube"

You can purchase this illustration on my Online Digital Art Shop.

Check it out on a shirt

It might be suitable only for die hard fans :) But hey! It is a piece of history (and kind of a jock).
