This is a speed painting of a Pug, using graphic tablet and an old version of Photoshop (CS2). When I create a commissioned Dog Art I usually prefer using Vector Art on the outlines, and digital painting it afterwards, this time I just sketched a simple and loose figure, and then digitally painted it. The result - a beautiful Pug portrait, which is based on the original portrait (taken by Mike Wacht photography).
